Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we have a no returns/refunds policy for general dissatisfaction. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have questions. If your order is damaged, or you are missing items, please email us with your order number to sonibluj@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. No returns will be granted following the five days after delivery.

To report damaged/incorrect items, please email sonibluj@gmail.com along with your order number. This is a necessary step for our claims process. One thing to note: your original shipping charges will not be refunded in the returns process.  please pack items securely to ensure they arrive in good condition. *You will be responsible for the return shipping*
