Shipping policy

When will my products be shipped?

Your order will typically ship out within 5-7 business days. Unless express shipping is selected at checkout.

 

How are my products being shipped?

We are not responsible for packages that show as delivered in USPS or UPS, or for packages that are left outside your door, with a front desk, neighbor, or any other receiving party. We are also not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses, so please be sure to check your shipping address.  We will not grant refunds or resend products for packages marked as delivered. 

 

Shipping Confirmation

You'll receive an order confirmation email, shipping confirmation email and an email confirming your package has been delivered. If, for some reason, you have a problem receiving these emails, please contact us at sonibluj@gmail.com


Where do we ship?

We currently only ship within the United States, but we are working on a more broad distribution so everyone can enjoy Sonibluj.

 

Missing or Lost orders

If your order is missing or lost, your first step would be to contact your mail carrier. Also if you live in an apartment community, please double check your leasing/mail office to see if the package was delivered there. Once packages have been turned over to the carrier we only have access to the same delivery information that you see on your end.
